Malta Places 3rd in Two Global Competition
The Malta Chefs Society has participated in the semi finals for Global Chefs Challenge and the Hans Beuschkens Competition in Ljubliana, Slovenia through Chef Steve Mallia with commis Clint Buhagiar and Chef Ryan Marmara respectively.
Fund Raising Gala Dinner
The Malta Chefs Society is only as strong as its members .It is a priority for the Malta Chefs Society to help organize fund raising activities to gather funds that will help chefs in their career development and also venture to countries and participate in culinary programs which could include, but are not limited to, Culinary Competitions.
Maltese Judge for Culinary Olympics
The Culinary Olympics of 2012 will see a new page for the Maltese chefs as Chef Paulino Schembri has been added to the list of judges that will be assessing the culinary arts at this prestigious event.
